This issue does not have anything to do with ZoomFloppy, as it occurs

There does appear to be ways to make it work if you install to Win7 
using compatibility mode.  Still, since SanDisk considers this an error 
they are not going to fix and the U3 technology has been superceded by 
StartKey, I doubt more can be done.
