Yeah, I was mostly aiming at a (simple) 2d-accelerated framebuffer with
adjustable raster timing.  a 3D accelerator cant do too much useful stuff
without a raster scan engine throwing it up on a display. ;-)

Ive always hated complex math, so doing the 3D part is beyond my interest. :P
