Hmm, I think you should have used dsk2file instead, but you would have needed
to adapt it so that it would have split the disk image to multiple 4040 disks.

I have a 8050 and a 8250, and I would copy the disk using my own solution:
PC <-RS-232-> C2N232 <-cassette port-> 8032 <-IEEE-488-> 8250. I'll send
you my address in a private message.
