Yes, there's Double-Ass: 
ftp://reilly.cc.uregina.ca/pub/CBM/Programming/Enviroments/d-
ass.zip.

However, it doesn't have a real editing environment; instead, 
it uses the BASIC editor. That's the main reason I would 
rather use a program like Merlin.
