I'm desperately trying to locate either a chip or a box that converts
a PAL source to RGB + Sync. 15 kHz all the way, no VGA or anything.
Anyone know if such a beast can be had for a decent price? All the
chips I find are discontinued and hard to find and the boxed solutions
cost around $500. Kinda weird since a PAL -> VGA box can be had for
$60... Supply and demand i guess :/
