You could try the Sony CXA1585 or CXA1621S. Alternatively, you can see
what Rohm <URL:http://www.rohm.com/> has to offer. They have a cheap
(about 5 EUR) RGB->PAL/NTSC encoder, and they should have also something
for the opposite direction. If you find anything about these, please post
the exact URLs here.
