Thanks to everybody for the answers, I ordered the F374 now. What is
interesting, BTW, when inspecting two of my 8296 boards, I found some of the
LS chips already substituted with HCT ones. This has been done at the
factory, because there are no signs of manual soldering on those boards. At
least not on the HCT chips, that is.
