If this idea proves to be marketable, then it is an easy idea to go to the
nearest PCB backer and order 100.000 pcb's.

That way, it would save her from soldering that much. Another option is to
ship them as not finished. You have to solder each and every pin yourself.
but I think that isn't a good idea because a lot of people will solder not
quite up to factory specs. 

I wuld suggest Jeri to go with the first idea, and I know of a couple of
dutch PCB bakers who can help her.

There is the issue that Jeri will have to solder a bazillion pins * # of PCI

interfaces * # of J-boards made.
