And Reply-To: is set by the *user*.

Since forever there have been "reply" and "reply all" ("group reply")
commands.  If mailing lists usurp the Reply-To: header then those do
not work correctly anymore.  Various MUAs have various workarounds for
that.  Thunderbird's causes more problems than it solves.
