All the fields are set by the user. Unless you use a PGP signature then 
you can't be sure that the email comes from who it says it does.

It's no justification to break the Reply button, so that it doesn't 
always go to Reply-To:

Reply All in Thunderbird seems to add the Reply-To: and the From:, so 
that doesn't seem to be a problem
