If I hit Reply it should Reply to the Reply-To address. Thunderbird adds a "Reply List" button to confuse you, because the likelihood is that you always want to Reply to the Reply-To address. A better option woudl be to add a "Reply From" button, which appears if the From and Reply-To were different.
