I don't think so.  I have seen the book listed on amazon.com, but they do
not distinguish between versions.  The list of bugs is in the second
version.

That's right.

One more detail.  The 2040/3040 used a different 6530.  Without that
image, the system isn't likely to run.  To be exact, the controller side
of the system won't run and that would have serious effects on the DOS
side.
