Yes, some stuff is still accessible this way. But even C64/128 users
don't use the BTX module anymore, because it is limited to the slow
speed. There are good software decoders, even with VDC chip support and
they use fast modems via a 6551 cartridge. On www.8bit.com there is a
message board that is crosslinked with a BTX board, and each message is
marked if it has been submitted from BTX, email or www. But it is in
German language.
