That's how the PLA-replacement using a 27C512 works. When I ground both lines, the machine doesn't boot at all. When I do it once it already booted, then it crashes at the characters get garbled. When I now untie those lines from GND, the characters get clean again but of course machine doesn't run anymore. -- SD!
