Not familiar with that one.  Most likely more basic extensions

Power, a programming utility (renumber etc...) 

You should scan those ROM areas for keywords, once those are active there
should be extra BASIC or direct mode commands available to you.  (I'd give you
more detail but my 1982 Skyles Electric Works Catalog eludes me...  :(
