It's very easy to find it. Just visit www.delorie.com and
find the "zip picker" page and select only the emacs stuff
and it tells you how to install it. The page is for installing
djgpp (a DOS/WIN96/NT version of GCC), but great for easy
emacs install also.

The great thing is that in emacs you can use filename completion
and escape to shell with ^Z..
