PC-card - C128

Hallo allemaal,

FYI: I decided to start with a version without any DMA. The main purpose of
this design is to have a solid base and then we can add DMA.

Rereading the "Speed" part at the beginning I realised that I have been so
foccused on the C64 that I completely forgot that the C128 has much more
free memory ranges due to the bankswitching. In this case I am particulary
interested in those ranges which do run at 2 MHz. The range used by the free
socket (U36 ?) comes in mind.

But I must admit that I'm not familiar with the C128-mode of the C128,
particular the behaviour of some lines of the expansion slot (EXROM and GAME
can become outputs IIRC?). So I would like to ask:
- which ranges are free at 2 MHz?
- (how) are they accessible using a cartridge?

Groetjes, Ruud
