It was about 1.1 volts.  After I disconnected pin 26 of the processor
from the CASS SENSE line, it was much higher (I don't remember how much,
but I think it was well over 3 volts.)

The disconnected pin 26 was at -.462 volts.  I first misread it as -4.62
and wondered if I had flipped the polarity.  So, it looks like the 8502
is broken. :-(
