Yep. Just display a message on your site that you recognise that it is
somebody elses property and that you tried to contact him without any
result. One may download it but is not allowed to use it for commercial
purposes. 

And as you created the PDF, you can add the above as well on several places
in the PDF. 


PS: you can send me a copy anyway :)
