Sorry, but the 128 PSU won't be compatible with the Plus/4 even if you 
remove the middle pin; the remaining pins don't match the Plus/4's PSU pins:

C128 PSU without middle pin:

Plus/4 PSU:

The easiest way is probably to take the power connector from a C64 and 
substitute it for the one in the Plus/4. Ray Carlsen wrote instructions
