Sorry, but this is not true. OjE will send non-text if you tell it to. Just
go to Special/Options, register "send", and set "Format for sending E-Mail"
to "Text only". That's all.
Anyway, Ruud does not use OjE but Outlook, which is a different beast.
Furthermore, although Outlook itself can send text only, the exchange server
which is running at Ruud's company can override this setting - don't know
what sense it makes, but it is possible.
