I replaced the old 6526 with a socket. It was a long and hard work
for me, and I have, I must admit, removed a couple of through-hole
metallizations in the process (so I had to be much more careful during
the soldering of the socket), but it was all worth it:The C-64c is now 
working correctly! I tested with the cart and with the famous C2N232.
