XPET took the "-chargen <name>" option from me.
I tried two versions of WinVICE:
v1.7 on Win98, and v1.9 on WinME.

If you can not force it to work, then you can "cheat"
by (temporarily) changing [PET]'s "ChargenName" line in the "vice.ini" file.

(But first, you should compare the file that you downloaded
to the "chargen*" files that come with VICE!)
