64HDD writes all info to the image as each command /action is take. This
avoids many of the BAM update issues and ensure things like SPLAT files are
not created. Accordingly, I'll make sure that the B-A command 1) allocates
correctly (and reflects this to disk image BAM) and 2) responds with free
block info in the dirTrack.
