Besides the difference in fill bytes, there are 702 differences between
901486-02 and 901486-06 (the KERNAL version that all American VIC 20's
have).  What is really interesting is that there are 5 areas in the 06 ROM
that have been NOPed out and that have code in the 02 version.  

The 02 version is clearly the original version from which the 06 and 07
versions are derived, as it's part number suggests.  It also suggests that
there are 04 and 05 versions out there somewhere.
