The list of codes probably does not apply to anything other than dot
matrix printers.
I checked the "canonical list". It has a 1520 plotter that is 4 inches
wide. I know someone that still has one, but he's on vacation.
There is also a 8075 plotter listed. This was probably an off the shelf
HP plotter with no Commodore commands.
The codes definitely do not apply to the 6400 and 8300 daisy wheel
printers. I remember when Commodore was selling the 6400 with the
parallel interface. I was installing 6400 printers for the Commodore
users and F10-40 printers for The IBM users. If you took the covers off,
they were identical. Also, the Commodore 8300P is nothing more than a
Diablo 630 with the optional IEEE-488 interface.
