I took the liberty and put the list available at

I wonder if the codes are compatible with Commodore plotters.  Were there
other plotters than the 1522 (I think that was the number)?

Oh yes, the Service ReQuest line that is also implemented on the Commodore
serial bus.  It remained unused until Commodore invented the burst mode
hack in the Commodore 128, which misuses the line for fast serial
communications.
