I agree; actually I would have liked to have a look at Ruud Baltissen's
simple IDE interface today, but the document was not available at the
location announced earlier this week. I think that whenever a document is
mentioned in a public forum, it should be left there at least for some
weeks, unless it has been superseded by something else.

I've understood that the purpose of the FUNET archive (not only the
/pub/cbm section) is to be a long-time archive for documents. Storing
preliminary documents that might be forgotten soon does not fit very well
into this policy.
