I think I have a clue...

I added some wires to power my own extensions  I was taking 5v and GND 
from one of the 74LS... near the video connector

and from another chip near the keyboard connector

one of these extensions convert the video signal to composite

and the other one was for a ps2 keyboard... (not used anymore and 
replaced by a led + resistor to see if the 8032 is on or off)

I discovered that by disconecting the led I get the standard bloc cursor


I have to remove my wires and find a better point to get 5V and GND
