Interesting. I suppose that this means that the colour varies with the
intensity. My idea was to default the VICE 2001 emulation to the correct
colour (instead of green, which AFAIK is the colour from the 3000 series
onwards). But such an effect as you describe is, I think, currently not
possible to do in VICE.
