Sure commodore weren't in great shape, but they had been in bad shape
before and got out of it. Sony, Nintendo & Microsoft have also had their
fair share of sales problems. The xor patent put an end to them being
able to fight back.

I put my belief in the people who worked at commodore at the time and
defended the patent case. If you've run out of things to say that
disputes their claims, then sure we can leave it there.
