You would struggle to emulate a 1mhz 6502 with a 65816 at 20mhz and it wouldn't be cycle accurate enough to run a lot of software.

The 65816 built in emulation mode isn't compatible enough to run alot of software.

I don't think you could even emulate a sid on it's own with a 20mhz 65816.
