It probably makes sense to shift VASYL's address space to $d040 and 
above (or at least slightly rearrange the register addresses to start at 
$d031) in order to not cause problems on Beamracer software being run on 
C128 in C64 mode (or C64 mode software exploiting VIC-IIe features on a 
C64 with beamracer)
