Ok, so the only way to do something more **COULD** be disabling the 6510, and
have an external CPU like the 65c02 running at DOT clock speed or DOT/2 or
DOT/4, that would be waiting for the VIC to let it have access to the
memory, and try to take advantage of those 500ns the most it can, with what
the DRAM would be able to do in that time...
