Correct me if I'm wrong: you just only want to use one 62256 for the 24+8K
expansion. In that case you're absolutely right.

I've choosen for the 32+8K expansion (knowing that 5 KB won't be used at
all) for the simple facts that 1) I have enough of both types of RAM 2)
piggy-backing simplifies the construction in such a way that it is worth the
trouble of using an extra IC.
