To be honest, I haven't the slightest idea. Just read my article about the 
6530 on my site. The 6530's internal layout could be specified by the 
customer. The KIM-1 has two on board and even if you forget the onboard 
ROM, they cannot be swapped.
IMHO you only can find out its memorymap by scanning the software.

Again, I don't know. I can imagine they changed the ROM at least but why 
changing the mapping?
