I have a document that I got somewhere on the internet that is almost the 
same. In fact, it is identical except for pages 1, 2, 3, 7, 16, 17, 29, 
30, 41, 53, 65, and 66.

Pages 67-71 are too faint to read.  Are the originals that faint, or did 
they just not scan well?
