I have a separate datasette of the same kind that newer PET 2001 has.

Looking at the connector, from one side to the other, the colours are
blue, brown, white, red, green, black+orange. So you are correct.

Btw the colours are the same on my "VIC-20-coloured" datasette that's
almost identical, except for colour and that it also has a counter.
