I thing the software part won't be that hard, mainly patch the copper
list so it switches on hires in a screen mode that's ment to be lores.

But going the other way, i.e. for lower frequencies, would be more
interesting IMHO. :)

Changing the 28MHz clock would screw up other things like audio,
floppy, rs232 e.t.c.
