Keyboard is not a problem as it seems to be used via the INT 16h API. I
hacked a quick TSR implementing this API on the Commodore this morning,
and it works. The problem is in accessing the video memory at banks B800
or B000 which we can not emulate. And it seems that all applications I
tested so far use this method instead of going through BIOS INT 10h :-(
