The 2114, if you can't find any, can be replaced with a LC3514 (from
SANYO). The 2364 is a generic name for a 8Kx8 Mask-ROM, the 2332 for a
4Kx Mask-ROM. You need to find the ones containing the right contents..
The 2332 can be replaced with a properly programmed 2532-35 EPROM if
it's meant as a Character ROM for the C64. There are replacements for
the C64PLA.

All the 65xx Chips you have to find yourselves, ebay might help.
