Yeah I don't consider the c128 emulates a c64. It has a c64 mode where 
the extra c128 bits are disabled (or in the case of 2mhz mode, it's not 
disabled and causes issues).

The c65 is essentially the same, but while the c128 was based around a 
c64 with a few bits added, the c65 was a completely new design that 
threw out the rule book. The c65 has a load of graphics modes, some of 
which produce similar results to c64 graphics modes.
