well, give me time to test it well enough, then I'll release the full
schematic. Basicly: oscillator 74HCU1G04, 74HC9046 VCO/PLL, 74HC93,
74HC74 as dividers. I'm giving priority to the single CDCE913 solution
since it will be much smaller and only requires 3V3 and 1V8 external
supply regulators.
