On a quick look, I do not see among the test programs the BCD tests that 
I wrote in the early 1990s. Instead, I only found some source code from 
2007.

I believe that my hand-written machine code (written in a machine 
language monitor) was used for validating many emulators. On a quick 
look, I found the test programs (for ADC and SBC as well as some 
undocumented opcodes) in uuencode format in the legendary 64doc:

The section "Decimal mode in NMOS 6500 series" probably is entirely 
written by me. The document was originally created by Jouko Valta, who 
wrote the very first version of VICE, called x64 back then.
