Kicad

Hallo allemaal,


I promised to have a look at Kicad. It is nice but I keep getting 
problems with switching between schematic and board. And not all 
parts that I imported from Eagle didn't come out fine. My fault from 
the start on? The conversion? I don't know. But I do know these 
parts worked fine both in the schematic as on the board.
And not to forget, creating parts didn't went so well/intuitive as 
in Eagle. But maybe my lack of knowledge is to blame here.

So for the time being I stick to Eagle 5.11. Old? Maybe. Certain 
parts aren't available here. But OTOH, if really needed, I just 
create them my self. For two projects for Michał I had to (mini-USB 
and AT1502), worked out fine.
