Even Rabbit probably is just a hack, this post says it was normally

I compiled SJLOAD07 for the IO2/IO3-area a while back:

I don't know of any commercial software myself that uses that area. 
However MegaCart and FinalExpansion3 both use these areas for registers. 
MegaCart can also hold a feature reduced copy of SJLOAD there.
