I had a few cases where I just changed the lines used by the loader so
that I didn't have to disconnect everything except one drive anymore. It
looked like an arbitrary choice, rather than anything related to
performance. After changing lines to "safe" ones - bingo, everything
works while all devices remain on the bus.
