my last attempt of buying a final expansion ended with a wait for 2
months + refund by paypal

I think Jim's approach is far better than the final expansion
I don't like monsters that does everything badly

at some I was thinking to make something similar but just with a sram +
small flash or eprom
to load the memory from the floppy disks (as an expansion board plugged
on the 6502 socket)

but frankly after the bad experience I gave up with the commodore
