Hi Michał Pleban

I am thinking just 2x 8250LP / SFD 1001 drive mechs would be the go if
possible?
But I am happy even to just get one.
While I would like to maintain the drive for life my main interest is in
trying to recover the lost Punter BBS software and get it out on the net for
preservation. I think that would be a great thing.

silverdr-2 << I am happy to take a complete 8250LP to restore if postage is
affordable.
If not maybe at a later point in time. I still have all my original manuals
etc for the 8250LP and I do miss it.
I was very disappointed when CBM .AU failed to return it. :(

And Giday Stingray! :)

Sorry for the late reply guys. I am often away from the computer weekends.
