I did not use the shadowfall project, but created my own and used the equations in RealPLA (modified for Verilog and I decided to do the delays by running the signal through internal buffers in the CPLD rather than an R/C network as in RealPLA. I can add more delay on the lines via backfeeding it through more buffers. The CPLDs are -7ns, so that's basically my resolution.
